I had just finished chatting with BT about setting up a new broadband connection when this guy called me. He was going on about some "exclusive offers" supposedly from BT. I mentioned I’d already spoken to BT earlier, and then he just ended the call straight away!

Got a robocall saying it was BT, warning me my broadband and landline would be cut off today unless I pressed a button to talk to them. Totally a scam! I rang BT directly and they confirmed it wasn’t them. BT have now blocked that number for me.
