Got a call earlier from someone saying I’d been in an accident, which totally freaked me out since I’ve got no memory of anything like that happening. Maybe my brain’s playing tricks or I’ve got amnesia or something! Anyway, I’m alright as far as I know but I just hung up and blocked the number just in case.

Today (3rd May 2017), my mobile rang twice at 5:05 PM while I was in the middle of washing my hair, so naturally, I didn't catch the calls. This number has been making the rounds and contacting me previously as well. Would it be possible for the relevant department at BT to investigate this matter? Cheers!

Lately Ive got a few calls like this and it turns out its just some firm pretending to be debt advisors. Their real aim is to either sell you stuff or pass your info on, which just leads to even more annoying calls. Totally not trustworthy.

I saw a missed call from that number and decided to call back. After hearing a brief snippet of music, I got the message saying, "your call is next in line and will be answered as soon as possible" - but then it repeated itself. If it was urgent, they’d ring me again.
