Picked up the phone and there was loads of noise in the background like it was some sort of call centre. The person said they were from my mobile network but then went on to ask loads about my phone and contract. When I tried to ask them questions to clear things up, they wouldn’t answer and just kept asking the same things over and over. I had to just end the call so they’d finally shut up.
