Had a guy with an American accent call me, saying the call was about to drop and asked me to press 1 or 2 to stop it. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.

Got three calls over the last fortnight from a number claiming to be BT, saying my broadband will be cut off tomorrow. Each time it’s a recorded voice telling me to press a button on the phone. Sounds dodgy to me, could be a scam trying to mess with your phone. Stay careful!

I've been getting calls all day about my internet supposedly being cut off. I got one from Sky just yesterday too. Such a pain, honestly, best to just ignore these calls, they're a real nuisance.

So I picked up my answerphone and there was this message from an American lady warning that my internet was gonna be disconnected later on that day. I just brushed it off like with all the other messages I've gotten before.
