I got a call from a number I didn’t recognise, and all I could hear was this weird noise like rushing water, then it just went silent. Very strange.

Just had a call from someone saying I won an Amazon iPad - sounded so dodgy! They wanted my card details straight away. Total scam, be careful folks!

Got a call asking if I’d bought an iPad, so I hung up and blocked the number. Then, just a couple of hours later, another call came through from a different 01271 number with the same sort of spiel. Really annoying.
