I got a rather peculiar call from this number on the 10th of September, 2016. The caller inquired whether I had received fascia boards that were supposedly delivered last week. Now, here's the catch: I’ve never placed an order for any fascia boards, and the address he mentioned was my old residence, which I vacated four years ago! Moreover, the call came through to my mobile, so they clearly did their homework and found me outside of the directory. The chap claimed to represent Virgo Developments, but it all feels like a rather dodgy scam to me. Quite the nuisance, really!

I tried ringing the number, but nobody picked up on the other end. The 01746 code is familiar as a local area indicator, yet it appears there’s no continuation with the 554 digits. Quite odd, really!
