I received a call from a claims company, and they were inquiring if I had been employed in any loud environments before. I must admit, I struggled to understand her - I asked her to repeat herself three times, saying I couldn't quite catch what she was saying. In the end, she just hung up on me! Quite a lack of professionalism, I must say!

The caller was trying to peddle dubious claims regarding workplace injuries, particularly suggesting potential hearing loss issues with various employers. They also dangled a rather enticing but unsolicited "no win, no fee" litigation offer. Quite frankly, it was rather fishy!
