Just the other day, I received a call regarding my internet service, and lo and behold, it was yet another dodgy individual claiming to be from BT. To add insult to injury, a robotic voice rang me up today! It appears BT has made the switch from human scammers to automated ones. Honestly, these scams need to come to a halt!
