Got a call saying they wanted to replace my boiler, definite scam. Just hung up on them. Honestly, BT should really put an end to these annoying calls for good.

got a call from a man with an asian accent asking me something about the age of my boiler, like “is it over 5 years or under?" i just said I don’t have a boiler and ended the call. pretty irritating.
