got a call from a woman with an asian accent, sounded like it was from some call centre, saying she was from bt and complaining about problems with my internet speed. this was the second time she called; after blocking the first number, this new one was almost the same, just one digit off but same spiel. i told her i was recording the call and would be reporting her to the police because i know it’s a scam and they’ll get caught. blocked the number straight away again. these calls are obviously trying to hack into your internet and steal your bank details, so be careful!

Got a call from 01745887863 pretending to be BT, said there was an issue with my router. They tried to get me to open Google and fix it for them. Told the scammer to jog on.
