Got a call from a lady who sounded like she was from BT, but her accent seemed off. She asked me how I was, but in a way that didn’t feel genuine. I told her straight, that our much loved pet had just passed away and our BT landline still wasn’t working right. As soon as I said that, she just ended the call! Quite rude really.
