Today, which was a Saturday around 9 in the morning, I got a call from 01744818557. When the bloke answered with a quick “hello,” I could hear loads of office chatter behind him which felt a bit dodgy. I stayed quiet for a bit and then just hung up - figured it was probably a scam.

I got a call from someone saying they were from Amazon, trying to charge me £79.99 for some kind of yearly fee. They said they needed me to download an app called Anydesk so they could give me a refund and a little bonus. I guess they had hacked my Prime account or something. I didn't fall for it and just ended the call.

Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise, said it was from St Helens. Anyone know who it might be?

I got a call from a number claiming to be Amazon, said it was 02070847911, their "official" contact. They tried to convince me to install some app called Anydesk, which apparently lets them access your phone remotely. I didn’t trust it and ended the call straight away. Definitely felt dodgy.
