Today, 15/02/2019 around 14:10, I got a call claiming to be from BT saying my email had been hacked. They said if I pressed 1, they’d arrange a new IP for me and give instructions. I wasn’t about to do that because I’ve heard these calls often end up with huge charges. For the past three months, I’ve had similar calls threatening to disconnect my phone line, but it’s still working fine. So, clearly, it’s just a scam.
