I received a rather concerning recorded message today, stating that my national insurance number has been misused in some shady dealings. They went as far as to say a warrant for my arrest had been issued! They urged me to press 1 for more information. Seems like a rather dodgy number to me! Be wary of 01744775758!

Got a call saying my national insurance number was being used fraudulently and there’s a warrant for my arrest. They told me to press 1 to return the call, but be warned, calling them back isn’t free. In just one day, I’ve had more than 20 calls from them. If you pick up, they’ll try to get your bank or debit card info. Who's daft enough to hand that over? Sounds like a call centre based in India and they can get really pushy and rude too.
