Once more, this number has started ringing me, and I've no clue who it could possibly be.

I've received several calls from this number, and each time I pick up, it just goes eerily quiet. It feels like there’s someone on the other end. When I attempt to return the call, I find it either busy, continuously ringing, or picked up, only for me to hear a strange clicking sound after a few moments. Oddly enough, the call timer keeps ticking. This whole situation is really unsettling for me, especially as I deal with mental health issues and live by myself. To make matters worse, I only changed my number a few months ago. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.
