This sounds really dodgy, like someone trying to scam me with my card. They didn’t even say which bank or card company they were from. They mentioned something about a £300 fee and a £1000 transfer on a website. Then they tell you to press 2 - yeah, right, I’m not falling for that. I’m definitely reporting this to Virgin.
