1 yearI got a call today from 01744 454453, with someone saying they were from O2. Thing is, I’m not even on O2, so it was suspicious straight away. The woman on the line, who sounded Asian, told me my SIM card would be cancelled in two days. That’s when I knew it was dodgy and hung up. I blocked the number and looked it up online, which showed the name, address and contact details of a company linked to that number. Turns out the line belongs to Bargain Booze in St Helens, confirmed by the owner about 8 weeks ago on Google.
