I picked up the phone but the person just ended the call straight away.

I've been getting calls from a debt management firm about 3 or 4 times daily. I never asked for this or signed anything to get calls from them. They just keep ringing nonstop.

I think this number is dodgy, looks like a scam and those green messages were suspicious too. I'd say the best move is to report it to the police via Action Fraud, might help catch them.
