I’ve been with Communications Plus for ages now, they’re an official partner of O2 and looked after my O2 Business account really well. I initially got everything sorted out at the O2 shop over at Middlebrook Retail Park, close to Bolton Stadium. Since then, Communications Plus have done a great job keeping on top of everything for me.

Got a call earlier but no message was left, so I’m guessing it was just one of those annoying calls and blocked the number straight away.

They said they were calling from O2, but that's totally not true. It's actually a firm named Communications Plus trying to pull a fast one on you. If they ring, best just ignore them and don't believe a word.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from O2 Business. They seemed to know quite a bit about our business phone setup but most of the info they gave was clearly old. Regardless, it was just a cold call pushing new contract deals.

Somebody phoned saying they were from O2 business but when I checked with our O2 office, they had no clue who they were. I’d steer clear and just deal straight with your regular O2 rep. These folks seemed like some kind of middleman. In the end, we just renewed all our business contracts the usual way through O2.
