I picked up this number cause it had the same area code as me. At first I was a bit uneasy 'cause they mentioned the bank I use. Then the guy claimed he worked for some kind of claim company for compensation and said they could get PPI back for me. Naturally, when he started asking for my bank details, I shut them down straight away. Number’s blocked now.

Got a call from a number in St Helens, some guy wanting my bank info. I quickly told him to take me off whatever list he’s got me on and then blocked the number right away. Not taking any chances!
