Today, I received a call from this number, which is quite baffling given that my number is ex-directory and registered on the Telephone Preference Service. I attempted to convey that he shouldn't be calling me, but he just continued to chatter away, completely disregarding my words. In the end, I had to raise my voice to ask if he had even heard what I'd mentioned before I hung up on him. Quite frustrating!

Our phone is set up to go straight to answerphone when it rings. I recorded a message myself, and at the end I tell the scam callers to get lost. The funny thing is, this particular caller kept ringing back at least six times just to listen to the message again. They must be proper clueless since they can’t get through to us, which I find absolutely brilliant. It’s got to be annoying for them. When the calls become endless, we just block the numbers. Up to now, we’ve blocked about 50 of them.

Tried calling back this supposed legal claims firm but no one picks up or says who they are. Bit dodgy if you ask me.

Apparently it’s the national hearing centre calling. I’ve already had three calls from them today! Feels like my name’s being passed about somewhere. The first time they phoned, I got pretty fed up because they’d been ringing loads over the last couple of weeks. It’s not new either, these calls have been pestering me for over a year now, and honestly, they’re getting more constant and annoying.
