They mentioned a car I'd owned before, giving the registration details and model, which caught my attention. But once they started probing about my bank details, I asked to talk to a manager. The so-called manager had the exact same voice as the first person, which was a clear sign it was a scam. I ended the call telling them if I were really involved in such crimes, maybe the police should be notified!
