They claimed to be O2 and said there was a 30% discount available for just a short time. They gave me a one-time code that actually looked like it came from O2, but I reckon it’s because they’re trying to use your number on the site for some kind of reset. It all felt dodgy anyway, especially since the code came with a message warning you not to share it with anyone, not even official O2 employees. I ended the call, blocked the number, and told O2 about it.
