At 8.15 on a Saturday, I got a call at home that woke everyone up. It was a cold call from some company. The lady on the line was impossible to understand. When I put her right about how rude it was to call so early, even my 10-year-old had a word to say about being disturbed, she just hung up. Seemed like one of those marketing firms trying their luck. She claimed she was calling from within the UK, but I’m not convinced at all.

Absolutely bothering and potentially perilous. They called at 8.15 on a Saturday morning, rudely awakening everyone in the household. When we expressed that this wasn’t right, they simply disconnected!
