Kept getting calls from someone pretending to be from O2, trying to trick me. They just wouldn't give up!

Some bloke rang up saying he was from Compare the Network, which seems like a real business, claiming to be calling for O2 since I’d just left them. He had some details that were a bit outdated, probably the last info O2 still held. Said he wanted to help me sort out a better phone contract deal. Could’ve been genuine or not, but either way I wasn’t going to let it go on. The fact it was an unsolicited call from a firm I never agreed to hear from felt more like harassment than anything else.
