I got a call from someone named ‘Steve’ who had a strange accent, chatting about my pricey boiler cover and offering to lower the cost. When I asked him who he’d said ‘they’ were (don't remember exactly), and then told him I wasn't signed up with them, he just ended the call. I checked the number after and couldn’t find any company linked to it.

Got a call from 01743790193 this afternoon, 2nd July 2020, about 3pm. Luckily my BT call blocker stopped it after the second ring. It showed up on BT’s spam list, so I didn’t pick up. Pretty sure it’s some spam as I don’t know anyone in Shrewsbury or linked to that area.
