A lady with an American or Canadian accent picked up and asked if I wanted to sell my business. I said no and hung up straight away. They said I needed cavity wall insulation, but I told them I've already got that done. They insisted I was wrong and even mentioned having a certificate. When I questioned why they were on my property without my say-so, they replied something about being key workers and having special permissions. Then they asked for my card info as a deposit.
