I received a call on my mobile on the 13th of May, 2013, around half eleven in the morning. The person on the other end was convinced I hadn’t sorted out the payment for an insurance claim regarding a loan. The trouble is, I don’t have any loans whatsoever! I inquired if she could tell me my name, but she was completely clueless. That was enough for me, so I ended the call.
