Yes it’s the hospitall but it’s super weird when they call and don’t leave any message. Then when you ring back, there’s no clear info on who called which makes it feeling really unnerving especially if you live alone or are older or vulnerable. The hospital and NHS really need to do better and always say who they are and leave a proper message. Honestly, it felt kind of like harassment to me, made me quite anxious - so I marked it as that.
