They insisted that our brand-new Sky+ box would only be covered for a further three weeks and if we didn’t sign up for the £9.99 weekly warranty, we’d be breaching our terms and conditions. They failed to provide any real information, so I reached out to Sky directly and was informed that it was all nonsense. Just a heads-up to everyone: if you get a call from this number, refrain from sharing any personal information!
