somebody rang me saying they were from bt, even gave a number that looked like bt's support line. i wasn’t too sure if it was legit though. they said my router had some kind of problem and offered to sort it out right then. when i asked if i could ring bt's own tech support instead, they seemed odd about it. i just ended the call after that.
