I was trying to hang up but Sam Bowater just kept pushing, even after I said we weren't interested. He was pretty rude about it and wouldn’t back off no matter what I said. It was really annoying.

Had another call from some guy called Sam Bowater from Reach, total pain! Proper pushy bloke using dodgy talk to strong-arm the young people and the receptionist into letting him speak to the boss. This wasn’t even the first time he’s rung, acting like he knows me or summat. I’m on the TPS list and he still keeps ringing. Get lost, mate!
