Just got a ring from a woman with an Asian accent saying she was calling from BT. She told me I was owed a £202 refund due to being overcharged on my rental. Funny enough, I’m already expecting a refund but for a different reason. When she asked for my birth date, I didn’t feel right giving it, so I said no and she just cut the call!
