Since my computer was functioning perfectly fine, I told them I wasn’t experiencing any problems. If they really worked for Microsoft, they’d be able to see if I was having any issues through their system, which is usually dealt with via their online chat service anyway. In my opinion, this number should be flagged as a scam.
