I've had this number ring me a bunch of times. When I tried ringing back, it just went straight to a tone and then dropped the call. Pretty sure it's one of those scams trying to confirm if Mr (Surname) is there. This isn't the first time I've seen dodgy calls coming from an 01743 area code either.
