I picked up the phone and was greeted by a woman claiming to be from o2, insisting that my handset was due for an upgrade. She was remarkably insistent, quizzing me about the make of my phone and my address. I replied that if she genuinely represented o2, she would already have this information at her fingertips. This company is a total scam. They claimed to be working with 02 but lied. They switched me to a phone that was clearly used and had scratches on it. I returned it straight away, but they claimed I was stuck in the contract even though there’s a legal 14-day cooling off rule. They were never affiliated with 02. I spoke to 02 about it, but they haven’t been any help. My account is a mess now and it’s been over two weeks with no 4G access.
