I was contacted by someone claiming to be from BT, and it’s made me think about cancelling my service altogether. They didn't state their name and only offered me two options to choose from: one to terminate my service with BT, and the other to sort out an issue. It wasn't an actual person speaking to me; rather, it was just some automated system. When I didn’t respond, the call just cut off. Quite perplexing, if you ask me!
