Got a call at 10:57 this morning (13/06/16) but all I got was silence on the other end, then some weird blowing sound before the line just went dead.

Picked up the phone and it was definitely some kind of call centre, loads of noise in the background. The lady had an Indian accent but I couldn’t make out what she was trying to say because of all the racket. Told her I couldn’t hear properly due to the background sounds and then suddenly got a message saying she’d hung up on me! I checked the number with 1471, made a call blocking my own number to see if I could find out who it was from... just got told it was an answerphone, but the inbox was full. Bit suspicious for sure, since I’m on the TPS and don’t usually get random marketing calls like that.
