Turns out it was some bloke in India working at a call centre for accident claims, which is odd since I've never had an accident in my life. The callers say they’re from the National Hearing Centre and they’ve targeted different addresses in Bradford. This lot are really dodgy. They blatantly ignore the Telephone Preference Service rules too. Their staff can sound friendly and laid-back, but really they’re just trying to trick you.
