He said my computer was sending a load of error messages and they wanted to help sort it out. I asked for a contact number to ring back once I was at my PC, and he gave me 01740 463 0396, saying it was an international toll-free line. When I rang it, the line was dead and the number was actually available for sale via Coop. I rang Coop, and they had no clue about it.
