I always put unknown numbers straight to voicemail and keep them muted. This one rang but didn’t bother leaving a message, so I’m guessing it’s either spam or some kind of scam, though I can’t be 100% sure. If it was some telemarketer, then they’re definitely ignoring the TPS rules since I’m properly signed up with them.
