Someone rang saying they were from EDF about our cavity wall insulation degrading over time. I asked why they were phoning since we’re not EDF customers and never had any insulation fitted by them. The caller just said, “Do you know what cold calling is?” I told him yes, which is why we’re on the TPS list. Then he just ended the call. Pretty clear it wasn't EDF or any legit call.
