The thing is, I don't even have children, yet they seemed convinced they knew my family situation! They also mentioned an address on Old Wareham Road in Reigate, which is baffling as we've never resided there. On top of that, my mother, who unfortunately is a bit of a loon, lives in Reigate and is making our lives a nightmare.
