I've had two calls from someone claiming to be from my bank's security team. Both times, the caller said there were suspicious transactions on my account - one was a £700 charge from "Amazon" and the other a £2000 transfer abroad. It was the exact same voice and message each time, and it’s pretty obvious this is all a scam.

I answered and they asked to call back collect. The moment I agreed, they just ended the call. What a costly joke that was!
