I just got a call about some 'government grant for loft insulation' which I’ve never had done. The person didn’t even know my name and once I sounded unsure, they just dropped the call. Since this number isn’t linked to anything legit, it definitely feels like a dodgy scam to me.

I got a call from some bloke saying the insulation in my loft was a health risk because it might be causing mould and dampness. He offered to check it out for free, but after hearing that, I just ended the call pretty quickly.
