I got a call from Macclesfield from someone saying they were solicitors, asking me to verify my National Insurance number. Thing is, they never even bothered to say my name or any personal details. I can’t think why any real solicitor would ask for that over the phone, so I’m pretty sure it was just a scam.

I've got this brilliant knack for ignoring calls from numbers I don't recognise. To be honest, I'm not quite sure what compelled me to answer when this one rang in. But as soon as I did, I was greeted with the most peculiar tune drifting through the line. It was a rather odd experience, to say the least!

Got a call from a number I didn't recognise. Picked up and the only thing I could hear was music playing in the background. Strange experience.
