Got a call from some Irish bloke using this number claiming I was owed a 'Category 1' payout that I hadn't applied for. He said it was linked to a minor accident I supposedly had - which is total rubbish, I've never been in one! When I questioned how he got my phone number, he claimed it came from an insurance firm. I called it out as a scam, told him to jog on and then hung up. No further calls from him yet. Honestly, it's really frustrating that these scammers can just buy up personal info like our names and numbers. It’s disgraceful that the government allows this to keep happening.
