I had a rather dodgy experience with a chap claiming to be from BT Internet, complete with a thick Asian accent. He was trying to convince me to install some supposed 'essential software' to assist with my connection issues. It took little time before he turned quite aggressive when I pressed him for details, clearly rattled. What a farce!
