Not long ago I got a call where after a bit of silence, some American woman started going on about a payment on my Visa card - problem is, I don’t even own one! They didn’t bother to check who I was or prove who they were. Just another scammer trying their luck to steal from folks who work hard. I’m careful enough not to fall for it, but these calls are a real pain and invade my privacy!
