I received a call earlier from a fellow named Matthew Williams, who had the unmistakable tone of an Asian chap, presumably from BT Openreach. He mentioned something about my broadband speed not being up to snuff-when is it ever, honestly? Then, without warning, he just cut the line. Rather bizarre, really.

I answered the call, but after a brief moment, they ended the call abruptly. There was quite a bit of background static too, and it appeared to be an international number.
